Well located close to 4 subway lines to get to Central Park, Times Square, Downtown etc., yet in a very quiet street: you will sleep without a single noise. Beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and even more, with high quality equipment. Recommend it. Friendly owners. Experience with Homelidays excellent: effective and prompt service.

WOW. This was a perfect VRBO for our NYC Holiday stay. Pics of the listing (what initially drew us to the property) are great and accurate. Location near subway, restaurants, groceries, W 125th Street through the heart of Harlem, so convenient. The owners are warm, friendly and helpful ( the one page, 2 sided brief instructions/information left in the apartment are the most concise, yet thorough, we've come across). Oh, and then the apartment itself--loved it!! Cozy, comfortable, eclectic and beautifully designed, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Since we were there over Christmas, we needed to do a lot of cooking in the little kitchen (has a gas stove, full size frig and a dishwasher, real pluses). It was just right for our needs. Really can't say enough about this wonderful apartment in Harlem. Cannot wait to stay there again!

This is truely a little gem nestled in the heart of Harlem! Randall & Heidi have prepared a comfortable apartment with shops and cafes and metro just ”around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay were very comfortable and if we ever come back to NYC we will be staying again.

We are a family of four, with two girls under 10, and we all had an amazing time visiting New York this fall, staying in the heart of Harlem which is just a short trip down town for all the regular tourist kicks. Our hosts were very professional, and the property was immaculate throughout. This garden level apartment was only recently renovated and it was fantastic to have access to a full kitchen to be able to prepare meals when we wished to. The back garden was huge, the biggest in Harlem, and is decked out with a huge table, fire pit, bbq and feature lighting. Harlem was an exciting and vibrant neighbourhood to be a part of. We stayed for 12 days, enjoying Halloween trick or treating, the NY Marathon and a sneak look at a location shoot for the upcoming Ghostbusters movie, all of which we took in from the end of our street. If you are looking for a more authentic experience when traveling to this incredible city, this is the perfect holiday apartment for a young family, couples or small group.

Great first floor level apartment in Harlam. Beautifully remodeled, very nicely stocked. Great safe vibrant nieghborhood. Easy jump on the subway to midtown or beyond. Some confusion about the duvet but owners were responsive. Thanks!

Wir (Familie mit zwei Töchtern) waren für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung, sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, gute Lage, nahe Supermarkt und Metro Expresslinien 2,3, geschmackvolle Wohnung, gute Betten und komplette Ausstattung - Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, 2 Sessel, Couch, Schränke, mit Garten, auch sehr geräumig für 4 Personen, umfangreiche Küchenausstattung- Spüler, viele Gläser etc., sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Lovely and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a stay in New York. Well stocked kitchen. Close to subways, Whole Foods, local restaurants, and bus stops. Took the M 60 from LaGuardia, and for $2.75, arrived two blocks from rental in about 45 minutes. Heidi and Randall were gracious and fantastic hosts.

Prompt response times from the start! Easy check-in, super clean and modern! Beds were comfortable with great kitchen for the end of long day of sightseeing. Steps to Whole Foods and Starbucks...easy access to public transportation! Friendly and helpful hosts!
