I always wanted a little yellow house with a pool and got my wish. This home is adorable, comfortable for a group or a couple. The pool is delightful and the privacy in the back yard is amazing. We spent many hours in the yard, looking at the pond wildlife and enjoyed the sunset sky (can't see the sun go down but the sky is beautiful). We enjoyed Robinson Preserve each day; definitely use the recommended company for bike rentals as they are efficient. The property mgmt company was superb; lights on in the home on arrival (we checked in at night), small ipad giving all details on the home and area. This is the way to do things - we had all our answers fast and easily. We used Bradenton as a base; 2 days at Anna Maria Island's beaches (beautiful), Cortez for casual lunches, went to Sarasota 2 days, went to St Petersburg 2 days so really got around. We didn't find too many fine-dining restaurants in Bradenton area and ate in alot but thought this home was ideal as a base to see St Pete/Sarasota and beach access. Couldn't have been happier.
