The house was beautiful. My boys LOVED the pool. Location was perfect, we went to all the beaches. We have found our spot!!!! Thank you for having us!!!

We had a lot of fun at this property. It really has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped which suits us great because we cook a lot. The working grill outside is a bit older but it does the job. The beach gear is enough for a couple (just 2 chairs) but there are plenty of towels, coolers, and beach toys for the little ones. The pool is wonderful. The colors at night are super cool and the temperature is always perfect. It is super close to the Walmart and other grocery stores which is super convenient. Not as close to the beach but one of the best beaches in Florida is 12 min away! There is parking and everything (Cortez Beach). Lots of restaurants, and places to see. Overall, we had a great stay. Jackie was super communicative and helpful.

We had lots of fun, thanks Jackie for everything. The house had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, large fridge, ping pong table in garage, kayak for two, fishing gear (you can fish from the dock or paddle out and fish from kayak). The pool and patio area were great and we enjoyed it a lot. Location was what we were looking for, 5 min to nearby grocery shops, about 30 min for nice shopping. Ahh and let’s not forget the beaches. Anna Maria island beaches are 15-20 min away. We particularly liked to stay at Manatee beach, where we always found place to park plus beach cafe had good food and drinks. You really are close to all the beaches there so this was great as well. If you want to go to Clearwater, it’s an hour drive and going south, within an hour drive you also have other beautiful beaches (Siesta Key, Nakomis beach, Venice beach and more…). Great parasailing from Anna Maria island, and if you don’t want to go on the boat, you can watch your friends and family parasailing from pretty much any of the Anna Maria island beaches. Two weeks went by very fast but we had tons of fun. Jackie it was great to meet you, we love Florida Suncoast and cannot wait till we visit again.

Just got back and let me say my family and I enjoyed ourselves. The location is close to several beaches, as well as there are lot's of restaurants, shops and fishing places. The pool was the bomb and the kids loved fishing behind the house. Our host was helpful with anything we needed. We will be back soon.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had all the comforts of home and really took advantage of the pool, resting and relaxing. This rental is super close to stores to grab the groceries you want and hunker down. We went to the pizza place our hostess recommend, Danny's pizza and it did not disappoint!!

Super customer Service - cannot say enough good about her! Her home is lovely - perfect for our needs. Would have actually liked to have stayed longer. Easy to get to. The only down side was the warehouse area road before reaching the house. Do Not let it dissuade - the neighborhood is fine & the house & pool area are great! would definetly stay again

Great location, beautiful pool and fantastic host. We stayed here for 3 weeks in May and had a wonderful holiday. The location is very good for accessing the local area. The house has absolutely everything you need. Visited and would recommend Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Mixon Fruit Farms and drove to Arcadia for the antiques. Lots of great restaurants nearby, especially Bonefish Grill and Old Salty Dog. Good fishing from Palma Sola Causeway. We've been coming to Florida since 1991 and Jacky is the best host we have ever had.

The owner was very gracious. She had everything we needed handy. Comfortable furniture and bed with plenty of room. Enjoyed the warm pool and the nice atmosphere surrounded by beautiful trees. Well be back again.

The house was exactly as described, and was in immaculate shape. The pool was the star of the show of course, and thankfully, it was heated, because we arrived just as a major cold front came through. Jackie was a super owner, and responded to questions immediately. When we struggled a little with the older Keurig, she went out and bought a new one. I can't say enough about her helpfulness. We were initially put off on our arrival, as the neighborhood is on the border of a light industrial section of town, but we rapidly forgot that when sitting by the pool. :-) Overall, a great place and a great owner! Would stay there again!
