Our family enjoyed our time at this property. The layout of the home is really nice and the last cation is perfect. The home is in need of repairs, updates, and new furniture. Kelli did her best to address any issues that came up.

My family booked this home and it didn't disappoint. The things that are provided, Coffee, Laundry Soap, Fabric Softener, Garbage bags, and extra towels are just the start. Having beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers were amazing. We typically drive when going on vacation because we know having all of this stuff for the beach is a must. We also had a toddler on this trip and having the layout of the house we felt safe as she walked around. The private backyard was great and the pool was very refreshing. Kelli was always there to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. If you are looking for a great house in a great area this is it!

I booked this dream home to celebrate my moms 50th birthday, my sisters birthday and Mother’s Day! It’s honestly difficult to put into words how INCREDIBLY perfect our stay was for my entire family!! I have never stayed in a place with as many amenities as this location. This home is a 10/10 and far exceeded every expectation we had. The pool and the backyard was just simply breathtaking. I kept looking at my husband to say “This is paradise!!” I would be lying if I said tears weren’t shed as we left this house that was so perfectly made into a home for all of my entire family. The neighborhood was so quiet and we all felt so safe! The beaches here are some of the most stunning places we have ever been as well. We have all agreed, this will forever be our favorite vacation spot! We all miss it so much already but we know without a doubt if this location is available for our next vacation we will be surely returning without a doubt! Thank you so much for helping create one of the greatest weeks my family and I have ever experienced!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the property. It has plenty of room for a big group like ours. The cleanliness could definitely improve. The location was great. Minutes to the beach, shopping and airport. Communication with Kelli was great answering questions and responding to any issues.

For our family vacation, this property was simply amazing. From a very well appointed kitchen, beautiful pool, spacious rooms, bonus screened porches, pool toys and beach items, all 13 of us enjoyed our stay.

Big house, great place for our family vacation. Kitchen was well equipped, nice pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood, good location. Close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Backyard needs some love. Hot tub needs a good cleaning, a new cover and deck needs to be cleaned. Needs new furniture in the pool area.

Cannot recommend highly enough. In town for a wedding, was an awesome place to stay and do a little entertaining for other out of town families. Centrally located to everywhere and was big enough for the 9 in our group to fit comfortably. Great instructions were given by owner and had the right amount of cummications. If ever back in Bradenton I would want to stay here.
