The owner / manager was very nice. He was very responsive to any issues and questions. Second floor unit was neat and clean. Lots of closet space. Big closet as you enter on ground floor. It held our two bikes, two sets of golf clubs, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas, so we didn't have to leave them in the car or drag them up and down the stairs . Beds were comfortable. Might want to bring your own pillows. Could use a few more pcs of furniture in the living room and master bedroom. We did let the owner know our opinion on this. Nice big screen TV with cable. Good internet service too. We had no issues with either. Washer and dryer in unit is very convenient. Small kitchen was adequate. We did eat-in more than we ate out. Could use a little upgrading in terms of dinner ware. Proximity to pool area could not have been better. Pool was neat and clean. And most of the time is very quiet with only a few people there. Location was good. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. 5 miles from the beach. As you would expect, the traffic is very heavy getting to and from the beach - when they are open! This was our first extended stay in FL outside of a typical 2 week resort vacation. It took a little bit to get use to that aspect. All in all, we had a positive experience despite the current pandemic which caused us to leave FL earlier than planned.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very well located for our needs, ie family, friends, beaches, restaurants, and stores. Thank you to JC who always responded to all our questions.

We highly recommend. Welcoming lights and music on TV for night arrival. JC responded quickly to our questions. The place was very clean, comfortable bed, large closets, relaxing reclining couch, many extras in the kitchen, and storage for our 2 bikes in the entrance closet. Reserved parking space, clean heated pool very close, many stores nearby including walking to Walmart. Beaches are a few miles down the street with bus stop if needed. We highly recommend.

Just rented this unit it was nice and clean. It has everything you need for your stay from kitchen stuff to linens. It is in a good local close to a ton of restaurants and shopping also only took 10 minutes to get to beach. Texted owner with a few questions he answered within 5 minutes with great answers. I will definitely rent this unit again. Oh and the pool is also very warm and not crowded.

J.C. is a very good host. He's new at the game but learning fast. Since he resides in the same complex, any issue is handled promptly. Since I'm a Midwest resident I requested he place the Big Ten Channel on his cable network. I didn't miss a game of my favorite football and basketball team. Parking is adjacent to the upstairs condo so is convenient for arriving an departing. One you learn the access onto Cortez Rd., entering the property is expedient.

Well-decorated apartment, spotless and secure. Immediate and helpful responses from Juan. He has also provided supplies for kitchen and baths that surpass in thoughtfulness and quality all we’ve seen in Vrbo. Had a great experience at this property and the owner is great. there were issues getting email with check-in details so he met us in person to review! The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, beaches -- anything you want! It was also very clean, secure and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property -- 5 Stars Plus

Everything was as advertised. JC/owner was incredible - hands on. Checked in with us several times to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

The apartment is very well equipped has everything you need and felt homly it's clean tidy and in a great location. We didn't meet the owner but we messaged few times he was very happy to help. We totally would stay here again
