This was my second stay with Patrick, Galal and their cute dog Tally. They are the most gracious hosts and the apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom spacious, a washer and dryer in the big closet. Gated parking is a plus. I am in Atlanta twice yearly for a big trade show with long hours and it is so nice to be able to skip the restaurants and the crowds at dinner time. (Although there are a ton of great restaurants in the area that I do enjoy a few times during my stay.) It is only about a mile to downtown or Midtown so it is super convenient. Most of all it is very quiet in the neighborhood at night - no city noise etc. When the opportunity arises I will be a return guest. I cannot say enough nice things about them and Tally!

Enjoyed my stay , felt like my home away from home. Owners were very gracious and helpful with any questions I had. Very private enjoyed the view of their lovely garden from the porch area. Will definitely want to stay there again when I go back to Atlanta!

My gracious hosts were fantastic. I was their guest for 10 days while working a major trade show. Their beautiful historic home has a great apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for a real cook and the property is very quiet. Gated parking is a real plus. Close to groceries, drugstores and great restaurants. Their sweet dog was an added bonus. I’ll be back.

Super comfortable apartment with beautiful sun room (3 double windows open to let in fresh air and views of the garden.) The quality of mattress and soft linens provide a perfect sleep. Secured parking was a plus. My highest recommendation! Thanks Patrick!

Patrick thought of everything in designing this apartment in his historic house. Very clean and comfortable. Felt pampered staying there, and it is a great location for visiting the sights of Atlanta. Patrick could not have been nicer and we really appreciated all the eats he left us! I would most definitely stay there again.

This is my 5th time staying at this lovely home. Warm, welcoming, and a safe place to come back to after a long day working at the America’s Mart. Thank you! I’ll be back!

This apartment was the perfect little spot to chill for a few days. It was super easy to check in. The owner is real friendly. The apartment was even stocked with a few knickknacks so I didn’t have to rush to the store for food. Great location ! So easy to get to everything I needed. Close enough to Uber as well!

I stayed here for Pride weekend. The property and owners were great. The neighborhood wasn’t spectacular but that really didn’t bother me. The place was very, very nice. Well stocked, loved the way it was decorated. Very clean and quiet! 👍🏼👍🏼

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The place was clean and well appointed. Very easy check-in and check-out. The living room and kitchen are smallish (but - perfectly fine). The bedroom and bathroom, however, are a nice size. The place was extremely comfortable for my visit and I would highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here: sun room, great WiFi, light switches well labeled, comfortable furnishings and the cold drinks and fruit bowl on offer. The apt was very clean and our hosts available but never intrusive. Would be happy to stay here again.
