I am local to Atlanta and stayed here for about three months. The unit is clean and well-equipped. It's comfortable for a family or singles. The neighborhood is charming and the owners are extremely responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The property is exactly as pictured and great to be right in midtown. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property was very clean and centrally located. I really wish it had a designated parking spot as it can get difficult to find street parking later in the evening. But overall a great place!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The neighborhood is cute and walk friendly, and very convenient. 10/10!

The townhouse unit was ideal for our family of 4 adults and a 2 year old. The hosts provided a pack n play for the little guy. We were in town for a family wedding and associated events and we were never more than a 20 minute drive away. Also very close to the Georgia Aquarium and the High Museum of Art. The townhouse had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood but in the downstairs bedroom we did hear TV noise from a guest in the adjacent unit until quite late at night. Earplugs worked for me. The hosts were very responsive to all communication before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This house is terrific. The furnishing and layout is great. Really amazing space for friends or family. Wonderful looking space. The furnishings, appliances, bedding is all high quality and much appreciated. Great neighborhood as well——quiet, walkable, friendly people. Good amount of street parking and in a great area with access to all parts of Atlanta.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was nice and cozy.

If you want to be in the center of midtown, near all the colleges, this is a great location. Very charming residential neighborhood. The apt is part of a triplex. It is very tastefully decorated; beds are fine. They even provided a very nice bottle of wine and cookies for our arrival, as well of plenty of K-cups so we didn't have to go to the market. We were a group of 3 women who are in our "young" 70's. As mentioned before, this apt is part of a triplex and the other two units were apparently rented over the weekend to a group of 20-somethings who were quite into the party scene...we couldn't have cared less, except for all the noise until 3 am over two of the three nights we were there. I don't blame the managers/landlords. I suspect it is a growing issue with these kinds of rentals. Overall it was still it was a great rental for three old broads who would prefer to have separate bedrooms!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location. Very clean and well equipped with everything you would need while away from home. The perfect location to visit the botanical gardens, Ponce City markets, Mary Mac's tea room, fabulous restaurants and a walk on the beltline. We would definitely love to stay here again while visiting our son who attends Georgia Tech. Dawn and Brandon are gracious hosts. Highly reccomend!

Dawn and Brandon have done EVERYTHING right in the Krog Suite. The only reason I don’t say this is the best VRBO I’ve ever experienced is because we had a 10-day stay in a 3BR condo on Hawaii’s big island where the condo was a little bigger and had amazing views, of course. Seriously, though, if you can find any fault with Dawn and Brandon’s place, then chances are the problem is you! Great proximity to the Beltline, Ponce Market, Piedmont Park, and Atlanta’s Botanical Gardens. Loved every minute of our stay. Great job, Dawn/Brandon!
