The house was nicely furnished, clean and large enough for our group of 7. We would be comfortable with 8 as well. Plenty of space to socialize and relax. Nice for a long weekend.

This home has been nicely remodeled with hardwood floors and great outdoor areas. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden full of camellias and azaleas.

This is a beautiful house in a great location.

The house was smaller than we had imagined from the photos. Nevertheless, we were all very comfortable. There was a distinct "cat smell" as we walked into the house (my wife noticed before I did). We purchased air fresheners, and that helped to some extent. Also, the oven had not been cleaned when we arrived. I would suggest adding a sentence about the driveway to the description; there is a steep incline, which could be problematic for some people. Finally, the lights on the front porch were not functioning when we arrived, but they were fixed one day before our departure. All in all while we enjoyed our stay, we are not likely to rent his property again.

Perfect for reunion with friends. Beds are very comfortable. Lovely setting.

We had a great stay! I love Garden Hills! It’s such a great location and the house was perfect. It was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is excellent. But......the driveway is very difficult. Bringing luggage into the house is dangerous down stone steps with no railing. The ownership has not considered guest safety. There are no hand railings in the stairs, there are no fire extinguishers, and the easily visible air ducts are full of dirt which is a prime tire hazard. And the dining room chairs need people 7’ tall to avoid having your chin on the table.

This was a lovely home to have my family stay in for my son’s wedding. The location is superb for the Buckhead area. The home is nicely decorated and had all of the things they needed for a comfortable stay. We will have friends or family stay there again!

This immaculate, spacious home was the perfect place for our family weekend in Atlanta. It is beautifully furnished, a great kitchen and dining room, friendly seating areas inside and out. The Buckhead location is ideal, close in yet in a comfortable, walkable neighborhood. Rick is responsive and accommodating. It's what you want in a VRBO experience.

This home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Mostly everything you could possibly need is available to you in this house. I say mostly, because my mother would suggest additional TVs, especially in the upstairs master BR. My only ‘issue’ with the house is that there are not many outlets in the smaller bedrooms, so you might want to bring an extension cord or two. The real deal on this house however is this: 1. It’s beautiful inside and out and the furnishings are beautiful AND comfortable. There are two master bedrooms in the home and all four bedrooms are decorated beautifully! 2. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need including beautiful appliances, and seating at the large island. The pantry is pretty well stocked with the basics. 3. The location is great-25 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson, close to the ATL downtown area, and is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. 4. Communication with the owner was easy. He was very responsive and understanding when we needed to push our dates back a bit and when it was time to start our visit to the area, we received specific information about the house, the check in process and who to call if there were any concerns. Finally, I would 100% recommend this house and when I return to ATL, I will definitely rent this vacation home again!
