This place is Gorgeous. The owners paid very close attention to everything. I've stayed in plenty of places but this one has set the bar. The kitchen has everything you need I mean EVERYTHING. They even had a a couple of wine coolers in the WINE COOLER.🌹 The Bathroom .well you see the pictures!! They even had robes and slippers. When you turn on the TV, a good one by the way, with ALL the APPS,it has surround sound!! Even on the patio. I can't say enough good things about it The owner was a phone call away and pleasant. That means a lot! The most important thing, the guide book. In most places it's not up to date the book here spelled everything out for you regarding controls, instructions, etc. This place rocks

This was a great spot to stay at. The host communication was beyond what I expected. They answered each and every question or concern I had. The apartment was very nice with several upgrades. I would stay here again on my next visit.

This property was truly amazing! I mean from the door to the patio, I can’t say enough nice things about it. The accommodations, the amenities… everything. This will certainly not be our last time staying. ONLY thing missing was honey for the tea and dark roast coffee lol. But seriously…immaculate accommodations. Well done host.

We needed a quick getaway from the normal but unforeseen circumstances left us grounded. Southern Charm, was truly charming! Fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home! The place looks just like the pictures and smells excellent. The added bonus is the location. It’s close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. I Would def recommend! Also, the host was very accommodating. I didn’t book enough days and noticed the error after I paid. She promptly made the adjustments. You won’t regret booking here.

It was worth every penny.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants. Some constant traffic noise being close to the interstate but it was convenient to get there from the airport. Had a snafu with a broken key fob but was easily solved with a FaceTime call. We enjoyed our stay in Atlanta

Southern Charm was simply amazing! It well exceeded our expectations! My husband and I normally stay in a hotel when visiting Atlanta, after our stay this will definitely be our home away from home!

The seasons were changing which made the trees beautiful colors to view through the windows! The patio was my favorite spot, which includes a speaker for your tunes. I didn’t cook anything, but it’s well equipped for the job if you do! The location is everything for all things downtown! The home as a whole is nice, and I would recommend to anyone! We will be back!

This placed lived up to the company name. The check in process was very easy. Owner/Property Manager were easy to contact if/when needed. I appreciated the special touches they placed for hosting their guest. I would recommend this property to others that are gusting the Atlanta area. Thank you so much for such a wonderful accommodation - it was home away from home for me. May this property and the owners/property manger continue to be blessed.

With just enough room for the 2 of us, I was delighted to find the property was immaculately clean and contemporary, just as pictured and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Coupled with the jetted shower, heated bidet and complimentary essentials made this a 5 star stay for us! Definitely my go to property for future visits.
