Apartment with sea views 500 meters from the beach. Three double rooms . Three bathrooms. Terrace. Communal swimming pool. Internet. Beautiful apartment located 500 meters from the Platja del Racó in Begur .. It is part of the community known as AVA SENIA, pool and large gardens with spectacular sea views. Only 700 meters away we find supermarkets and restaurants open all summer. Located on the first floor (building with only two floors), it consists of: Access to the apartment through a small independent porch. Living room with spectacular sea views and access to independent terrace. Pals and Illes Medes views. Equipped kitchen. Dishwasher. Double bedroom (two single beds) and access to a bathroom with shower.Views to house entrance and sea. Double bedroom (bed 150 cms) and acces...Apartment with sea views 500 meters from the beach. On the ground floor, previously a garage, we find a bedroom with 2 beds and access to a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom without window, the only natural light entry is a small door window, with mosquito net. Open parking space, at the entrance of the house. Internet. Air conditioning. *Tax on stays in tourist establishments NOT INCLUDED (€ 1 per day and person over 17 years, maximum 7 days.
