Villa
Casa Kathleen is a three bedroom, two bathroom villa located on the Monte Pego unbanisation. It has a private pool with uninterrupted panoramic sea views and is furnished to the highest standards.
The accommodation, all on one level consists of a spacious lounge, separate dining room with seating for six, a fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast Bar, electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/ freezer, Microwave and Dishwasher. Two of the three Bedrooms have Air conditioning the third having a ceiling fan the master bedroom enjoying stunning sea views, a large en –suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, Bidet and sink. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each with ample wardrobe space. The house bathroom has shower WC and sink.

Wow, excellent villa with a great view of the coastline
Comfortable, clean, light and airy villa in a quiet location,would return happily. Family already rebooked for 2014. Nice relaxing holiday villa, within easy distance to the beach and restaurants.

Everything you could want for a relaxing holiday
Casa Kathleen is a beautiful and tranquil villa with superb views of the coast, which you can enjoy from the pool and extensive sun soaked patio.
The villa is very well appointed having everything you could need. There is a very tasteful dining room and a large comfortable lounge. Being in an elevated position the views from every aspect are captivating and there are pleasant walks around the complex. All the villas on the complex are well cared for and add to the enjoyment of Casa Kathleen.
With Denia and its attractive marina and promenade just a ten minute drive away, you are spoilt for choice of good places to eat and welcoming bars.
An excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We could have stayed forever at this stunning Villa
Our stay at Casa Kathleen was in October 2013 and was the first time we had ventured on this type of holiday. Any doubts we had dispersed within minutes of entering this beautiful villa which was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard, The views are stunning the weather was perfect and we could have stayed forever. There are plenty of places to eat out locally with reasonable prices. There is a (slow)train which goes from Denia (25 min drive) as far as Benidorm with stops along the coast, very cheap,6euros return. You do need a car to stay here but we had no problem with parking and it was always free. We can't wait to go back again

Excellent villa to enjoy peace and quiet with fantastic views and pool
Really enjoyed our previous stays so much that we have booked for the third time -the villa is well equipped and provided a central base to visit surrounding towns and country side .
Several local supermarket within 15 minutes drive and a great Swedish Restaurant near by -a must do
The local bar within the urbanisation is friendly and a nice place to visit after a busy day out

Beautiful elevated views, secluded accommodation and pool, perfect getaway
We enjoyed the time here very much at this Monte Pego villa. It is a perfect getaway If you are looking for an escape from work where you can fully relax and chill out !!!
The villa is situated in a small village called Monte Pego accessible from either Alicante or or we did from Valencia airport. It has all the facilities you need to live comfortably for your stay, is extremely clean and well-maintained.
In addition, outside the villa is a private pool and a BBQ for your perusal
The gated entrance also ensures real privacy and the locality brings with it a gorgeous elevated panorama of the surrounding mountains.
We particularly loved relaxing by the pool which is a real suntrap and enjoyed taking in the beautiful view.
Whilst sitting there, you can literally see for miles around and daydream away!!
We also found a number of good local restaurants which are all reasonable priced nearby.
There are also plenty of options if you have a spirit of adventure.
We decided to go a bit further afield in our hire car after sunbathing and it was great to have the option of visiting some alternative Spanish towns in the area. Great coffees, food and friendly people!!! Of the places we visited, we would particularly recommend Denia and Altea as great places to experience!!

Superb
We have stayed at Casa Kathleen twice now and thoroughly enjoyed both holidays. The accommodation is first class. Outside the view is spectacular with the immediate area being quiet and private. The villa is perfectly located for visiting both rural Spain and the more cosmopolitan areas of Valencia, Gandia, Denia and Benidorm. The villa itself is well decorated, equipped and comfortable. Visitors do not lack for anything. If you decide to stay in you can cool down in the pool or sunbathe on the terrace. You can eat inside or out with the highest quality furnishings. Cooking is very easy with a well appointed and equipped kitchen. Eating out is no problem with many excellent restaurants to meet all tastes within easy travelling distance. This villa is not to be missed.

A Perfect Family Vacation in Spain
We just got back to the US from our stay at Casa kathleen Monte Pego. The villa and its views out to the Mediterranean Sea are simply breathtaking. The villa has all necessary appliances and is furnished quite comfortably. The owner was even kind enough to have a programmed GPS in the villa which made our excursions to other villages and cities(Altea, Guadalest, Xabia, and even Barcelona!) easy and stress free. Monte Pego is a delightful community with many beautiful villas and 2 very nice restaurants. There is tennis, jogging paths and sports available right in the community. Our family (2 adults, 1 college, 1 teenager, 1 nine years) will cherish the 2 weeks we had at Casa Kathleen and will look forward to returning as soon as possible.

A great place to stay
What a good find this we had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with a great swimming pool and area to eat outside and barbecue. You will not be disappointed. The sun was on the pool from dawn until dusk yet there was shade as well.

Amazing Villa, beautiful views and facilities
Purpose of our trip was to celebrate my Dad's 60th birthday with my husband, two yr old daughter, sister and brother-in-law. The villa was stunning and spacious. I would highly recommend this for a family holiday. The pool is large and well maintained. We had lovely weather so spent most of our time outside in the terraced area and did most of our cooking on the BBQ. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed the fact that we were away from the hustle and bustle of resorts. The only thing I would point out if you are taking young children is there is an unguarded flight of stairs leading from the terrace down to the 'boiler room'. We had to put the clothes maiden across it to deter our daughter. We would definitely return.

Fabulous holiday and Fantastic Villa
We stayed at Casa Kathleen from the 31st of August for 11 days. The Villa is absolutely beautiful with stunning views. I loved waking up to the view every day. The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable and would definately recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The resort of Monte Pego has several bar/ restaurants and we spent quite a bit of time in Bar Cova by the entrance.
Would love to to return again for another holiday!
