We booked and paid for three nights from Wednesday but stayed only two. We mentioned the reason before the early check out to the operating company but zero response. It is run by a corporation and not an owner manager which makes for a mechanical and slightly unusual check in and payment proccess (mentioned in another review).
The negative surprise was the street noise (also mentioned in an earlier review). It is impossible to sleep with horns beeping, car music, trash collection, trucks revving, etc. In addition the heating / cooling system blasts out intermittent noisy air. The other negative surprise is that all windows in every apartment in the building only have a sheer, privacy blind installed to prevent people from seeing in from the neighboring buildings but you can still see images such as street lights through the blind meaning that the room at night time is too bright (and noisy) as 80% of the light penetrates the blinds. In all four star plus hotels there is usually a second sunlight block out blind that can also be unrolled at night time.
Apart from the noise and bright rooms at night time, the gym and sitting area are all clean and functional. The on-sight property manager who is in charge also of the long term tenants was very helpful. He arranged for a locksmith to fix our front door who stayed on for two hours until 6PM. The last person to lock our front door snapped the key in the lock and it had not been fixed by the time we discovered it.
In summary, if you can sleep while wearing an eye mask and ear plugs then you might be OK. We just checked out early instead.
