A beautiful Victorian semi-detached house in a quiet area five minutes drive from the seaside town of Broadstairs and a 15 minute stroll to the blue flag beach at Joss Bay. Seagull Cottage has been renovated to a very high standard. A fully equipped open plan kitchen leads on to a dining area for six plus seating. Kitchen equipped with all you need to cook and includes a Nespresso machine and Dualit Kettle and Toaster. French doors lead out to a delightful large south facing garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a shingled patio area for dining al fresco. The garden also has a BBQ and a slide.
