This one bedroom apartment has been tastefully renovated and features a large and fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area (55" Smart TV, leather sofa bed and everything you would expect for a fantastic holiday). From the shaded balcony you have excellent views overlooking the communal pools and gardens. The ample bathroom features a large walk in shower and a washing machine. The bedroom has a large double bed (180cm) alternatively 2 twin beds on request. This apartment is located only 100 metres from the popular white sandy beach of Las Cucharas and just 300 metres away from the white sandy beaches of El Jablillo (ideal for snorkling, safe swimming and perfect for children). Fantastic Apartment
Beautiful modern apartment equipped with everything you need for your stay. Situated in the perfect location near the beach and the square with plenty of restaurants and bars near by.Lovely welcome pack that really helped when arriving late in the evening. Meet by the lovely Anna and shown where everything was nothing was too much trouble. Fefinately recommend this apartment and will be returning

Nice digs !
The apartment was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately the bedroom window opens above a wide path/route home for late night/early m,orning revellers. There are lots of shops and fascilities close by and, if the weather is suitable, the outdoor pool in the complex looks OK.

Great second visit to this apartment
Situated in the heart of Costa Teguise only yards from great restaurants and bars.
Also situated minutes from the beach. This clean modern apartment is the best apartment we have stayed in at this resort. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay a great one. This apartment lacks nothing. We hope to return as soon as possible next year , I would recommend it to anyone.

Another great stay
Lovely lovely lovely apartment, very well equipped, clean, modern.
Location is perfect, right in the centre but so quiet in the apartment.
Anna and Stacey on hand for anything you need. Enjoyed the flexibility of check out to suit us and them.
Lovely complex, nice big pool, not overly busy.
Loved the pool at, Ca Lola, great ladies and so easy when sunbathing!
Already re booked!

Best apartment we have stayed in, in Lanzarote.
This modern well equipped clean apartment is only yards away from the centre of Costa Teguise with its huge variety of bars and restaurants and only 100 yards away from the main beach. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is in this apartment. Despite being close to all the entertainment there is surprisingly no noise. We had a wonderful time here and would like to thank the owners for thinking of everything to make our stay one to remember. We will be booking here again hopefully.

Great appartment, great location!
We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this apartment, the apartment itself is excellent, nice big walk in shower, nice big balcony, great size inside, big bed,everything you need including 55" smart tv,comfy couch ect ect, the location could not be better right on the pueblo marina square,30 second walk to everything and 30 metres to the beach. There's a supermarket next door, so all you need at hand😎
We where met by the owner Ian who explained everything and also kept in touch throughout our stay,because of an operation I had to sleep on my back and asked for some more pillows, he came the same day with 2 more!! ( great service)..
For great tapas try La Tabla 7 dishes for 20 euros.
This apartment would have got 5 stars except for one big negative!!!
SUNBEDS, there are only around 15 beds ( 4 had seen better days),for the whole complex? Most of which seem to be permanently in the possession of the ground floor appts round the pool!! We decided to go to the beach,only to find there are no sunbeds on the beach either due to something to do with the council.
So for 10 days we had to carry all our stuff and cheekily sneak into a near by complex to use sunbeds/pool,which isn't ideal as lying round the pool at your own apartment is part of your holiday & that's involved in the cost!!! We never spent anytime at all at the Tahiche,which is a shame,so can't tell you what the pool/ facilities are like,would only stay here again if this issue is resolved.

Hi Beverley. Thanks for the review. The apartments on the complex have now been all sold and almost all of them have been refurbished. The community decided that it needed to buy a gate around the pool for safety, a key coded new front door and improve gardens and upkeep. New sunbeds have been bought since then but us and other owners would like more sunbeds and this will happen shortly. The pool bar is also now open and the complex has progressed nicely.Fortunately all the sunbeds, parasols and windbreaks are back on all the beaches in Costa Teguise. As you mentioned the complex is in one of if not the best location in the area and we hope to have you back with us soon. Regards. Ian
