If this place ever comes up for sale........I will put an offer in immediately !!
We visited Lanzarote for the first time at the end of July 2019, and our stay at apartment A47 has to be up there with my best ever holiday experience ever. The apartment was just right for us it had everything we needed, being relaxed and very practical with respect to facilities, probably the best I have ever experienced. OMG a fridge you can get more than four cans and a bottle of Prosecco in………obviously plus essentials like Fever tree Tonic, Oh and food too of course. There is a large supermarket just across the road…………like 3 minutes’ walk…so useful and well stocked, and given the great kitchen facilities ...tbh eating in was easy. The views are simply amazing and quite honestly life changing, overlooking the pool and out to sea. The location was excellent with lots of places to eat or drink locally and is located within a very short walk of Costa Teguise (15 minutes) which is such a great place to visit and enjoy. Airport transfer to the apartment was 20 minutes………. We enjoyed some great walks and cycle journeys by the sea to other parts of Costa Tequise and the Island (not sure my wife would concur) and on some days enjoyed a lazy morning on the balcony reading or admiring the views...or working but hey ho !! We would not hesitate to return, and as I alluded to earlier, given our experience, we actually made enquiries to purchase property in the area…………says it all really. One last point you really need to contact Linda………..she is diamond and will make things happen………………….Thanks for everything 😊

Great location - Comfortable long stay - Amazing sea view
Perfect location - with everything close by. Beach, shops, restaurants etc. 10 minute walk into town. This apartment is well equipped, comfortable and has beautiful sea views. We stayed for a month and is ideal for short or long stays. It has a full sized oven and washing machine which is useful. We are booked again for December 2021

Great apartment in lovely area
This was a very well equipped apartment with lovely views. It was very clean and the washing machine was a real bonus as we were booked for 17 days. Easy walk into centre and supermarket just across the road as well as a few restaurants within minutes including fabulous bar and restaurant in the complex. It was very easy to book and contact details were available if there were any problems. We were there for the first week of lockdown and were so glad to have the full kitchen facilities so it was very easy to cater for ourselves. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday in Costa Teguise.

Love the sea view
I have stayed quite a few times at Playa Bastian and this has to be up there with my favourites. The apartment is very comfortable and the view is gorgeous, overlooking the pool and out to sea. It is close to all amenities and some fab restaurants are close by. I really hope to return one day soon! Thanks for a hassle free booking Linda.

Thanks for the review. Sorry the drains are an intermittent, irritating and very unpleasant problem. All we can say is it seems to depend on wind direction and the tides - most of the time the problem does not exist.

Perfect location and apartment.
We have just recently returned from our stay at apartment A47.The apartment was just right for us it had everything we needed and the location was excellent with great views and near to lots of places to eat or drink and also there is a large supermarket just across the road.We enjoyed some great walks by the sea to other parts of Costa Tequise and on some days enjoyed a lazy morning on the balcony reading or admiring the views.We would not hesitate to return and in fact as we are now retired may even return sooner rather than later. One last point if you need to contact the owner you are dealt with immediately. We has a really good holiday.

Sunshine at home
We stayed here for 18 nights and for us it was fab. We travel to Costa Teguise 3 or 4 times a year and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Its on a nice site very close to all the amenities and has the added comfort of all the home conveniences - its own wi-fi, 30 or so British tv channels plus shops and bars close by. The beach is a stones throw away and the climate is fab, anybody thinking of doing it just book, these prices are by far the most competitive on the island.

Sea View Apartment
Stayed here for five nights in late July----found it to be perfect for a couple with everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom areas--and decent sized bedroom but the bonus was the balcony with lovely sea views and pool views ----the complex is well run and pool and bar area fab-----big thanx to Linda who was also very helpful when booking----go for it.....

What a shame this holiday apartment is not cleaned thoroughly :(
Spent a week in A47, lovely location and a spacious apartment However it urgently needs updating Air con didn't work, washing machine had dirty water in the bottom of it, bathroom needs bleach and a steam cleaner Could have put up with dated but cleanliness is important to me Such a shame as its in a lovely area

Ideal for a relaxing break
The last 4 reviews from 2016/2017 pretty much sum it up - it's a very comfortable, well maintained holiday let on a very nice residential complex. There are always a few personal 'irritations' and A47 is no exception but they won't detract from the holiday. I've been before and I'm coming again in the summer. During my week there was no wifi available in the apartment itself but I saw this as a blessing! For the few occasions I needed it I only have to pop down to the Reception/office on the ground floor where it's good to Skype etc. whilst sitting at a table or on sofas. I like the security of knowing that the booking and the standards expected are all under control and thus a trouble free holiday can be enjoyed. Here A47 (and others locally) is 5 star under the professional management of Linda and her team.
