Très belle maison agréable accueil très bien par Graham réception des lieux avant l,heure indiqué dommage que pour une grande maison comme ça pas assez de vaisselle par exemple 3 petite cuillère à café 3 verres à vin et 3 verres à eau nous avons acheté une marmite pour cuire les pâtes nous sommes 9 difficiles de cuire des pâtes dans une mini casserole la propriétaire pourrait un minimum acheté un peu de vaisselle environment très très bien piscine super 4 transats avec cadenas pour votre location la maison propre à l,arrivée sauf les intérieur de placard à revoir il y avait un ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas nous leurs avons fait savoir des le lendemain nous en avions un neuf

Lovely villa in a nice location with all amenities close by
This is a great family-friendly villa! It was lovely and clean, very spacious, we were very impressed! The pool is great! A lot bigger than I thought with space around it for sunbathing or kids to play etc. Across the road there are cafe's, bars, a super market and a lovely Italian restaurant just around the corner! The beach is fantastic (2 mins in a taxi or if you want a nice stroll 20/30 mins!) I will definitely be coming back!

Very nice villa and close of everything( beach, supermarket, bank). Me and my family had a nice time for one week...we gonna come back for sure 😉

Nix zu meckern
Das Reihenhaus hat für 8 Personen gut Platz. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist gut zum abkühlen. Die Einrichtung sehr zweckmässig. Ein toller Aufenthalt. Besonders lobenswert die Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Da wird sofort reagiert, wenn mal was nicht funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Les photos sont conformes a ce que nous trouvons a l arrivée. belle piscine.Maison tres agreable,bien meublée dans l ensemble.un peu de bruit coté rue si nous dormons fenetre ouverte. Tres belles suites parentales(2). Au dernier etage clim dans les 2 chambres.manque un placard dans chaque chambre.(juste une commode). Belle cuisine mais manque de materiel: poele anti adhesive,un fait tout,(casseroles beaucoup trop petites pour 8.faire en 2 fois...) mini cafetiere. Les assietes trop grandes ne passent pas au lave-vaisselle. Grille pain ne fonctionne pas. Le four?? ... Cuisine a revoir et tout sera parfait. Tres bon accueil de perry.nous avons passé un sejour tres agreable.magnifique plages.

Apartamento muy completo y confortable
Zona tranquila y bien situada para poder hacer visitas de todas las playas de Algarve. El apartamento se encontraba muy limpio y bastante confortable.

Very good affordable family holiday
This place was a lot cheaper than a lot of other villas we'd looked at & I think we were a bit concerned before we went. But we needn't have been worried. This is a lovely, clean welcoming holiday home. The shared pool is only a few yards away and was huge. It was only ever used by a couple of families at a time so never felt too full or busy. There's a lovely garden with bbq facilities. The only thing is the house is spread across 3 floors so if you're travelling with someone with mobility issues or very young children its sonething to consider. There is also only air conditioning in the 2 rooms at the top of the house, but fans are provided in the other 2 rooms. There's a supermarket and couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. But we'd hired a car and was glad we had as the beach was too far to walk and meant we could explore a few more restaurants. Singhs Indian was particularly good (better than back home, we went twice!). Overall would recommend visiting, lovely place.

Not in Guia
Good Luck finding this place, even our sat nav couldn't find it I booked this Villa as it stated it was in Guia, a place I love. It isn't and its a drive away from the town, not walking. The villa is a nice size but does need to have a few things done, Barbi, not good. 1 Bowl, with a family of 7 this wasn't good. Towels, only 1 small hand towel until we asked for more, as the cupboard with the towels, iron and iron board was locked., and also No Sunbeds when we arrived on Monday 17th July, we again said something and on Friday we had 4 Delivered. On the details it states there is Air Con in the Main Bedroom, there isn't. The Agent really needs to change the details as this is false advertising, along with saying the Villa is in Guia. The Air con unit in the top bedroom was broke, I hope that the Landlord has this fixed asap for the other people staying here as it is getting hotter by the day, and the 2 top bedrooms are in the loft so very hot. Overall its a nice place, but as there are so many places to stay I feel the agent/landlord needs to spend some money to get this villa back to a good standard if they want to carry on charging top money for it. The good points, nice size, walking distance to supermarkets and some lovely restaurants.

Thank you for the review, we appreciate your feedback. On the first issue regarding locations stated as Guia, I gave Holiday Lettings/TripAdvisor the exact address of the location of this property, but they advised that on their system it shows as a residential area of Guia and to put Vale Parra in the street field which I had already done. I did send you a directions link via Google Maps for the exact location which is also on the advertisement, taking note of what you said I will advise guests to note that the location is Vale Parra within Guia Parish. We note the condition of the BBQ we have advised the owners to purchase a stand-alone one until we can have the brick one repaired in low season. The missing bowls... this was an oversight as the cleaners did not notice on the check out clean, more have been purchased. Towels, Iron and ironing board, this was another oversite of the cleaner she will make sure she leaves them out in future. Air conditioning is in the top floor bedroom and fans are provided in the other bedrooms. Air con unit on top floor was checked and is working... It cannot be switched on by remote but only at unit itself and guests will be shown how to work this from now on. Sunbeds have now been purchased. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Buen alojamiento
Buen apartamento para alojarse, espacioso, bien distribuido y con camas suficientes para alojar a un grupo numeroso de personas. Cerca de Albufeira, de la zona de fiesta y la playa al lado. La única pega es que no tenía plancha para la ropa y no había demasiados utensilios de cocina.

Nightmare start to a lovely holiday
My first worry was when the transfer driver met us he said the address didn't exist, after getting past that hurdle I arrived at a decent 4 bed four bathroom town house that sleeps up to 12, which we couldnt gain entry to after 3 hrs of sitting outside this apartment baring in mind I had 4 children under the age of 7, the caretaker and mates done there best to get us inside but the lock was knackered, so something else was sorted which we couldn't gain entry to again we eventually got in to somewhere for the night after midnight with 4 hungry miserable children, next day we was able to enter our premises we paid for, the reprensitive Tina Fielding was very unapologetic neither compassionate, not one phone call to see if we was in ok or whether our holiday apartment was to satisfaction nothing you'd think that would be the least after the awful start to the holiday. After being informed I would be compensated for my first night she and her partner was very rude, I booked an apartment that sleeps up to 12 I had 9 in my party, some how this seemed to be a problem for her and instead of focusing on the problem they chose to focus on me having 9 in my party, I don't remember ever seeing section asking how many people travelling and if I did miss it, I book an apartment that had more than enough space to fit everybody, I'm not the most computer savvy so maybe there was a section. Nevertheless the apartment had more than enough space, for some reason she thought I'd rent a town house that sleeps upto 12 for a couple 🙄, if there a was a problem she should of informed me when I booked the transfer because asked for all the personnel coming, even if it was more money or whatever they could of just said instead seemed to accuse me or booking an apartment knowing I'm bringing more people than they thought which I don't see had any relevants because as I said the apartment slept up to 12 that's why I booked it in the first place. Lovely apartment except BBQ was daralic and no iron either. Very cosy you immediately felt at home there very nice community too.

This is ours and our property manager version of events. Unfortunately the lock at the property jammed, this was discovered by the meet and greeter. The manager was informed and tried to rectify, as he was unable to do so he organised a 3-bedroom property with private pool. Transfers to the property via McDonalds with whatever the client wanted was paid for. In the morning, the lock was fixed and transfer back all was sorted. The client also said the transfer driver had said the property did not exist. Actually, the transfer driver was not familiar with the property as we had to use another company because the client only asked us to arrange transfer the night before. It was not coming up on his sat nav so he rang us for directions. As Tina discussed with the driver it was the client that then stated that the property did not exist? We was also in contact with the manager throughout their stay to ensure all was good. Two days before returning home client demanded money back and threatened bad review if we did not pay. As he booked through trip advisor we said any refund would have to be through them to agree correct level of refund, after we received 3 more minutes of non-stop raised voice over the phone & without listening to anything we said, he cut the call. Rest assured we will never leave any client stranded that's why we prefer clients are met and not just given keys unless they are familiar with property and ourselves. Nowhere on the advertisement has it ever stated that the property will sleep 12, it is a 4 bedroom property and therefore sleeps 8.
