We stayed in this property in late July. We found this property to be much more charming than anticipated or described. The layout was so interesting and the amenities plentiful. The property is very secure and has a locked gate outside the terrace and another at the door to the building. It is only about 3 blocks to the Roma Termini which is where the Leonardo Express from the Roma Airport arrives and is also where regional trains and the hop on hop off buses arrive/stop. Really perfect for the tourist family. There is a large supermarket nearby. (~2 blocks) The host was helpful and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet and cool, important for a late summer booking. If I go back to Rome, will certainly try to reserve this space again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with great amenities inside. The air conditioning worked perfect and in all rooms. Showers are roomy too. We loved the area. Grocery store two min away. Safe nice area about two blocks from the train station too. Beds are comfy and with the outside blinds shut, the rooms stay dark. We would choose this apartment and host over and over. Thank you

Our second time passing through in 2 weeks… Gracious host, beautiful apartment. Equipped with all the necessities, as well as little extras such as an espresso machine, first aid kit, umbrellas…. Great a/c, comfy beds, elevator. Couldn’t ask for more.

Thank you to the host for a lovely stay! The apartment was large, spotlessly clean, and in a very convenient location close to train and metro station. The main tourist sites are within a walking distance (25min +), even the Vatican on the other side of the river if you don’t mind a longer walk. A large grocery store is just up the street. We had a great time and would love to stay here again.

Great place, we loved it! Very good location, good space, and with elevator. Beds are very comfortable and all rooms have A/C. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t have found a better house to stay in while touring Italy. It was close to the train station and was impeccably clean. I would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Francesco’s property. Location is super convenient, it’s very close from the termini so we were able to take train/metro/buses to move around. It’s also possible to walk. Plenty of food option around. Francesco is an amazing host, he waited for us by the front door of the building when we arrived and he explained and showed everything to us. The apartment is clean, spacious, elegant and classy!
