Great spot for a family holiday
We took a bit of a punt travelling to Bulgaria with two young children, but I have to say it paid off. Villa Laska is nestled between the lively resort of Golden Sands [which is a guilty pleasure of fair ground rides and photographic menus] and Albena which is like a Bulgarian Center Parcs. The villa had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, plenty of outdoor space - enough room to set up the paddling pool and have a BBQ. And an outdoor washing line which was in daily use. I would say hiring a car is a must. There was no pavement as such along the main roads. We had no problems on the road - drivers were considerate and careful - we set off from Romania [Bucharest] which it worth a look and drove down to the Bulgarian coast crossing the Danube. If you are looking for a low key family holiday, in a comfortable villa, plenty of sun, sea and sand and you like wood fire pizza then get booking. The property is managed by a local English couple who live close by - we were well looked after and felt reassured to know they were only a call away. Lovely, uninterrupted sea views from the villa gave us a peaceful backdrop to our family break.

Great place off the beaten track
We spent a wonderful week at villa Laska in August 2012. The house offers everything you need – comfortable beds, nice bedrooms (one with balcony) very well equipped kitchen (with large fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic hot plate…) washing machine and line as well as iron. There is no TV reception but you can watch your DVDs or choose from a large selection available. If you want to stay connected to the world there is a free WLAN in and around the house.
There is plenty of space around the house (2 terraces). And then there is the view over the Black Sea– just marvellous. I particularly loved relaxing on a long chair underneath the almond tree and enjoying the slight breeze (we had 32C+ during the whole week).
This is a perfect place if you want to be away from the big tourist resorts. It’s a bit remote (even though the traffic noise from the street behind ban be a bit annoying depending on the wind and the time oft he day), but only 5 minutes by car to the beach and the town of Kranevo where you find enough supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
The house is very well managed by a very nice and friendly English couple, offering any help or support you might need.

Right place
Villa Laska (we call it White House) - this is the place where you want to be again. White outside and white inside looks original. Villa has everything you need. It is very comfortable. It is not big, but enough for 6 persons. Large terrace - the perfect place to lay in the sun, or to spend a time on a romantic dinner. Hence are visible evening lights of Golden Sends and moon path on the sea. Peace and silence, silence and peace...
But the best of villa, is the sea view. Every time if you look in any window (exept right side of livingroom), you could see the sea! Lot of Sea. Blue, turquoise, silver... Every second a different view... Fantastic and incredible...
The beaches of Albena and Golden Sands are really good. Even a small storm water is clean and good for swimming.
White House - White clouds, blue sky - blue sea, golden sun - golden sands .... Incredible! Once again, I want to go there!

Vacation in the Sun
My husband and I stayed here on vacation with our 7 week old. We had a lovely time. The view from the terrace was so nice that we didn't feel the need to go to the beach. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly and everything we needed was provided.

Супердача!
Дети 1 год и 8 лет. 3 недели. Об одном жалеем, что она не наша:) Какой вид потрясающий ночью на море и звезды! Отдых на Вилле Ласка удался, не смотря на проливные дожди и потоп в Варне. Вилла полностью укомплектована кухонной и бытовой утварью и техникой. Есть настольные игры для детей и книжки. все на разных языках. Есть газончик и площадка перед домом, где мы топтались и играли. Хорошее место для барбекю, расположено в тени дерева. Панорамные окна в гостиной, так что первые дни мы кушали на террасе, но потом перешли в дом. Вид такой же, но кондей добавляет прохладу или дождь не мочит:) В спальных кондиционеров нет, есть потолочные вентиляторы. Нам в 28 градусов днем и 22 ночью было комфортно спать. Располагается вилла между Золотыми песками и Кранево. Со стороны дороги один соседский участок, хозяина которого мы видели всего несколько раз. Больше не видели никого рядом с виллой. Тишина и покой от туристов. Иногда доносилась дискотека, с пляжей наверное, но не мешала. Обязательно надо машину для комфортного отдыха. С виллы пешком можно дойти только до пляжа. 30 минут с горы, через тихий рыбацкий поселок. По асфальтовой дороге примерно 1,5 км. Обратно соответственно вверх топать 40 минут. За развлечениями ездили в Золотые пески (15 минут), там аттракционы и много-много туристов, гуляющих вдоль моря туда-сюда. Так делали и мы, когда не хватало толпы, примерно раз в неделю. Хороший аквапарк в Золотых песках. В Кранево ездили в кафе и на пляж. Пляж чистый, море чистое, заход песчаный, народ есть, но места достаточно. В основном лагеря и семьи. На главной дороге облюбовали таверну Механа воденица (таверна водяная мельница) Идти надо к полной смешливой официантке. Она прекрасно говорит по русски и веселая. Кормят очень вкусно и огромные порции. Цены в два раза дешевле чем в Механа Кранево. Выезжали и в Варну (30 минут), в Альбену (въезд платный 6лв), в Бальчик. Есть конечно минус расположения в удаленности от моря, но он перекрывается плюсом уединения, по моему. Было реальное ощущение, что мы там одни. Супермаркет в Кранево слабоват и в 2 раза дороже, чем в Варне Kaufland. Ездить в Варну за продуктами было лень. Резюме: Нашей семье на вилле очень понравилось. Любителям дискотек и шумного отдыха будет на вилле скучно.

Great view from lonely cliff between the party-beaches
The spot is still perfect for undisturbed relaxing in the sun while enjoying the great seaview and exploring the northeastern part of bulgaria by car. We still miss the splendid view from terrace, kitchen and livingroom.
Contact to the owner and the local service-crew was very friendly and helpfull.
Just the aircondition seems to be better at cooling than for heating in nearwinter.

Amazing views and quiet peaceful place to relax
Really nice spot, clean and well appointed villa overlooking the black sea - the nearby town / resort of Kranevo has everything you will need - and the water park at Golden sands was really good fun.

Really spectacular views over the Black Sea
The villa is in a perfect secluded place. This seclusion is amazing as you have uninterrupted views of the Black Sea, you can listen to the sea's music day and night (especially at night, if you sleep with your window open you'll hear the waves breaking on the rocks) and you are not obliged to deal all the time with the rudeness of the Bulgarian people providing the hotel, restaurants, beach services. Tip: pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy it under the almond tree. It will make your day even nicer. :)

A spacious and well equipped apartment with fantastic sea views and outside space.
Villa Laska is a fantastic and spacious villa with stunning sea views. The Villa has everything that one needs for an easy and relaxing holiday. It is situated close to the village of Kranevo with its lovely beaches and near to the more commercial resort of Golden Sands. We hired a car for our holiday and feel this was necessary for easy travelling, although there are public busses with the nearest stop being a 5min walk away.
Villa Laska provides the perfect base to visit many local towns and villages, that is if you can leave the stunning sea views behind!
The Villa is very well equipped with all mod cons and provides a clean and comfortable environment to holiday in. As a family with 2 young boys it suited our needs extremely well, the addition of children's books and toys was a nice touch.
The owner provided lots of useful information with regards to the local environment prior to our departure and the welcome and information we received on arrival was excellent.
We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Laska.

Une très agréable villa avec une extraordinaire vue sur la mer : un endroit idéal pour se reposer, loin du bruit. La terrasse nous a permis d'admirer de splendides clairs de lune et de profiter du soleil, dès le matin. Les chambres sont très confortables et la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Il manquerait peut-être une seconde salle de bains (nous n'étions que deux personnes, mais pour six cela semble s'imposer).
Le village de Kranevo offre toutes les commodités, et la plage, très grande, présente des visages différents: certaines portions sont plus sauvages, d'autres sont aménagées (parasols, lits de repos et restaurants). De Kranevo, il est possible de circuler pour visiter les villes et curiosités des alentours : bus et taxis sont à disposition, même s'il est plus commode d'avoir une voiture.
Sur place, en cas de problème domestique, Suzi est présente (elle habite à cinq minutes) : sympathique, vive et efficace, on peut toujours compter sur elle!
Les informations et documents mis à disposition par le propriétaire sont aussi très utiles, et la bouteille de vin offerte (un Merlot) était délicieuse! Un grand merci.
