We had an incredible stay at Infinity Bay. We snorkeled right off the beach every day. The suite was incredibly clean and comfortable. The resort was beautiful with friendly staff. The property owner, Lindy was extremely communicative with all my questions.
We had an epic trip to Roatan, and staying at Infinity Bay was a wonderful experience.

The condo is lovely. Tastefully decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Great location overlooking the pool on a well sized patio. I always love a condo with two beds in the 2nd bedroom so my two boys don't have to share or fight over who gets the sleeper sofa! So nice to have a dive shop on location. Lots of fun at the swim up bar. A Roku box for TV was appreciated.

The location was great! The condo was making some upgrades and turned the electricity off two nights in a row for three hours - which made for hot sleepless nights. Other than that, it was a great vacation!

Condo #304 was perfection at Infinity Bay! Everything from the reservation process to check out was seamless and exactly as described. The communication with Lindy the owner was superb - she even went above and beyond to book our transportation reservation from the airport with a grocery stop to get stocked up for the week (thank you to our awesome driver Kevin!) The unit itself was top-notch with lots of added touches - even the kitchen supplies like knives and food storage were a step above. The large two bedroom/two bath fit our needs perfectly with 3 adults and a 6 year old. Unit #304 is in an amazing location on the property. Ocean and pool views abound! We spent a lot of time enjoying the well appointed balcony - can’t say enough about the double lounger! Infinity Bay overall is a wonderful resort made so by the incredible staff - everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to restaurant/bar staff go all out to ensure you are happy (thank you to Carlos and Benito for always taking good care of us at Palapa). If you are looking for an amazing place to stay in beautiful tropical West Bay, look no further! We can’t wait until our next trip to this special spot on Roatan!

El hotel preciosos y nuestro cuarto de 2 habitaciones muy lindo y comodo. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fué que no habia agua caliente ni presión de agua y ennuestra estadía tuvimos personal de mantenimiento dentro de la villa trabajando. Fué muy molesto. Por lo demas todo miy bien!!

Everything was just as advertised or maybe better. The view was stunning. We spent a lot of our visit on the balcony just relaxing. The unit was close to the water and overlooked the busy end of the pool and beach bar. It was great for people watching and you could open the windows and enjoy the music each evening. However you could close the windows and the unit was very quiet. The dive shop on site took very good care of us. The food at the buffet and the beach restaurant was very good. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The I highly recommend this unit, this resort and this dive shop.

This condo was perfect and well appointed. It had everything! Based on some conversations with guests staying in other infinity bay condos…this one was a gem for sure. My family of 4 loved it (2 teens+husband), it was get to have a spot to relax after a day in the sun ☀️.

My wife and I stayed at Infinity Bay in 2021 and were so impressed with the resort and West Bay in Roatan that we wanted to bring the two boys with us this year. This location was superb, building three with ocean and pool view, literally steps to the beach, and an added plus was availability of a washer/dryer which minimized the need for packing additional clothes for the week. This is a second story unit and has an elevator which was handy bringing up our luggage and groceries (purchased at Eldon's on the way from the airport.) The owner was very responsive to our emails and the entire transaction from initial booking to final checkout was glitch free.

Lindy is an exceptional host. She went above and beyond even helping us with transport issues for the other condos we rented. Her condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained.
