We thoroughly enjoyed our experience staying at the apartment in West bay Mall and enjoyed the quiet, safe location steps away from the beautiful beach, restaurants and excellent snorkeling sites. It was convenient having Captain Vans downstairs where we were able to rent a vehicle and buy snacks and ice cream and talk to locals about the Island. Murray, Elizabeth, Elton and Joseph were all very accommodating. We are missing Roatan already and plan to return in the future.

This was our third stay at this unit. It us very spacious and well equipped. Best of all is the location.. a few hundred steps from West Bay beach. Murray, the manager operates Captain Van's a car rental and store on ground floor of the Mall right below the rental unit. Murray was always readily available and responsine to any of our concerns.

Westbat holiday
We appreciated the new fridge, new master bedroom mattress and patio screen door.
Having BBQ was a bonus.
If we could recommend something it would be more lighting in the kitchen, maybe under counter and another reading lamp in the living room
New beach towels would be great.

Great Condo….Great Location
Our 2nd trip to Roatan. So glad we decided on staying in West Bay. Condo a short walk to the beach, and the world’s best snorkeling! Great property manager. Convenient to all that West Bay has to offer. Numerous wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. Booked for 7 weeks next year, a month isn’t long enough!

Condo 8 holiday
This was our 2nd long term stay, we had planned to stay for 7 weeks, but we forced to return nine days early due to Covid-19.
During our stay Murray and his staff (Guillermo,Caesar and Elizabeth) were always very helpful and quick to respond to our requests. Having this service right in the mall is certainly a bonus.
The location is extremely convenient, shopping, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Even though the condo is situated on the main road in WestBay , it is very quiet at night. The security 24/7 is excellent and the guards are quick to lend a hand with groceries, luggage, water etc...
The condo is comfortable, bedrooms are spacious. Murray is constantly looking at ways to improve things for guests ie new AC in 2nd bedroom, new watercooler.
We would definitely return in the future.

Perfect
Everything was as advertised. Very close to the best beach in the Caribbean. Murray is excellent.

Roomy condo just steps from the beach
We enjoyed our time in Roatan based at this condo. It is spacious and very close to West Bay Beach which is a lovely beach with great snorkelling. The appliances in the unit are all very good and there is a new bbq which we used extensively. The bbq is on a cute little balcony where we often had morning coffee.
The West Bay Mall (where the unit is located) is on the main road which was the only drawback as it is quite noisy starting early in the morning. Other than that it was very comfortable.

Nice place, superb beaches and very convenient location
We rented for four weeks from mid-January to mid-February 2018. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the rainy season ends in late January. The first week was rainy but the remaining three weeks were much better with some rain during the night but rarely during the day. The apartment was nice but is in need of some renovations as it is dated. The living room furniture is in need of reupholstering as the cushions are dirty and not at all comfortable. The rest of the apartment was good but could benefit of better cleaning. The rental agent representative was very helpful and had many good suggestions to make our visit better. The location of the apartment was great, short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. Roatan has wonderful beaches with superb diving and snorkeling. The locals are friendly and welcoming and Roatan is very safe. Would go back.
